約12ｍ続く、天然秋田杉を使用したカウンターがお客様をお迎えいたします。秋田杉は「日本三大美林」と呼ばれ、年輪の幅かがそろっていて木目が細かく美しい特徴があります。今では手に入りにくい希少なものとなりましたが、江戸時代より日本で愛されてきた美しい木目をお楽しみください。

A 12 meter long counter of natural Akita cedar welcomes our customers.Akita cedar is called one of Japan’s three most beautiful timbers because of the fineness of annual rings.This timber is to hard acquire, but has been loved in Japan since the Edo era for the fineness of its grain.

手作りのテーブル・椅子は、家具作家との交流の中から生まれた、額オリジナルのものです。木目や木の自然な色合いを活かし、丁寧に作られた作品は座り心地もどっしりと安定感があります。
4人掛けテーブルを2ブース、2人掛けテーブルを1ブースご用意しております。
木のぬくもりと自然の優しさを感じながら、ゆったりとお食事を楽しんでいただきたいと思っております。

The tables and chairs are original to Gaku, and were made in consultation with skilled craftsmen.The carefully crafted works, take advantage of the natural color of the wood and its grain. Adding to the great sense of comfort and stability.
There are two tables available, seating four comfortably, and one intimate table for two.
Relax and feel the warmth of wood and the kindness of nature.
